“I manage IT for several organizations. Back in April, we decided to upgrade the Internet connection for one of them to 1GB. Alas, as it is a franchise hotel, we are limited to AT&T. Now in November, another that was already using Etheric had to do an emergency move. 2 days later they were on site to do a site survey for the new location. It took us 2 weeks to get movers in. Etheric moved the connection over the same day. AT&T still hasn’t completed the upgrade (now at 7 months) but they did start billing for it 6 months in.
