When contacting us, make sure that you are the account owner (or authorized user) and have these important details ready:
- Account number and associated phone number
- Move-out/Move-in dates
- New Address
Etheric Equipment
If we have service in your new area, we can transfer your service. You may be able to bring your equipment with you to your new home. If you want to leave it for the next tenant or homeowner, we can help you get installed for $99/hr labor fee to set up new service at your new address.
