*Line of sight means a clear view from your rooftop to one of our towers.
Common Questions Answered!
Is there a contract, and what are the terms? Yes. Our standard contract is for 24 months.
Can I cancel if I no longer need or want the service? Yes. You can cancel your contract, however an early termination fee applies.
I am a renter, do you have any shorter contract terms? Yes. Renters with a 1-year lease are eligible for a 12-month contract.
Can I use your service for videos, games and movies? Yes. Our service supports all of these activities.
Do I need to provide any equipment? Yes. Customers need to provide a WIFI Router. We can tell you exactly what to buy. We do not work with modems or any other service provider’s equipment.
Do you offer any Senior Citizen discounts? Yes. For clients 65 and over we offer free installation on the 24 month contract and a $9/mo discount on any service plan.
How long does it take to install? For trailers and mobile homes installation usually takes 1-3 hours.
